On the first Monday of every month we celebrate our love for Chinese dumplings and Asian flavours. Working in collaboration with our friend Benny Zhou who was born and raised in the Xi'an region of China, we hand roll and stuff four different style of dumplings and serve them with a number of other dishes from the same region such as his family recipe for slow cooked pork belly and a potato and fermented black bean salad. The short menu also has the addition of some of our own favourites that we've discovered on our travels from deep fried fish bones and curry salt to tempura squid bun & wasabi mayo.
