Petersham Nurseries & Ducksoup Supper Club
We're very pleased be joining up with Petersham Nurseries to create a Spring feast using some of our favourite ingredients during these light months.
Spring is an exciting time in the kitchen and our head chef Tom Hill and Damien Clisby of Petersham have created a menu that celebrates all those delicious flavours. The collaboration is one of only a handful of evenings held throughout the year where guests are able to enjoy the exquisite and unique experience of Petersham Nurseries by night – usually only open at night. The supper club is on Saturday 16th May.
Guests will dine in the greenhouses amongst blooming flowers, citrus trees and the scent of freshly cut stems.
