Fermented Food Workshop - 12th June

Every month we hold a fermenting and pickling workshop - here we'll give you an introduction into the happy world of fermenting.  How it works, what to ferment and how to make your ferments at home.  We'll taste different ferments and pickles and show you how to achieve successful fermenting at him as well as how to incorporate them into your cooking.   You'll also make a classic kimchi to take home.  Tickets cost £35 each and the workshop is from 7pm - 8.45pm. if you'd like to book a place on our next course please email us at info@rawduckhackney.co.uk
