Eating fermented foods as part of a balanced diet goes towards managing a healthy digestive system and gut which in turn promotes good health. If you're interested in learning how to make fermented foods at home from kimchi to sauerkraut or want to know more about what to pickle and when, then come along to our fermentation and pickling workshop at rawduck on Monday 21 March 2016.
We'll be hosting a fermentation class with a demonstration and talk - showing you 'how to' create healthy fermented foods and pickles at home. We'll set you up with your own ferment to take away with you so that you're successfully on the road to fermenting, as well as talk you through a number of recipes to give you more confidence in your own kitchen.
