Fermenting Workshops - 19th September

Eating and drinking fermented foods as part of a balanced diet goes towards managing a healthy digestive system which in turn promotes good health. If you're interested in learning how to make ferments and fermented drinks at home from kimchi and sauerkraut to drinking vinegar and kombucha then come along to our fermentation workshops on the following dates:

Fermented Drinks 9th May at 7pm

Fermenting 23rd May at 7pm

We'll be hosting a fermentation class with a demonstration and talk - showing you 'how to' create healthy fermented food and drinks at home from kombucha and whey fermented drinks to drinking vinegars and keffirs.  We'll set you up with your own ferment to take away with you so that you're successfully on the road to fermenting, as well as talk you through a number of recipes to give you more confidence in your own kitchen.
