Little Duck The Picklery

We'll soon be opening Little Duck The Picklery our new fermenting studio, wine bar and eatery located at 68 Dalston Lane.  It's here will be experimenting and making our range of fermented drinks and food which will be available to buy loose by the gram or ready jarred as part of our new range called THE PICKLERY.  We'll be selling favourites such as our seasonal krauts and kimchi's, lime pickle, fermented chilli sauce and plenty more.  Not forgetting our drinking vinegars and kombucha's of course. 

The Picklery will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving a simple menu of our seasonal Mediterranean style food, along with a changing list of our favourite natural wines.

Christmas Bookings

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS: CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS: we're taking bookings for Christmas and our long communal tables are ideal for group bookings. For Christmas we offer a shared feasting menu from £30 per head (without drink).  If you'd like to find out what we'll be cooking or enquire more about a Christmas party and what we can do, please call or email us.

Dumpling Monday - 6th November

Monday 8th May, 6pm

On the first Monday of every month we celebrate our love for Chinese dumplings and Asian flavours.  Working in collaboration with our friend Benny Zhou who was born and raised in the Xi'an region of China, we hand roll and stuff four different style of dumplings and serve them alongside other dishes such slow cooked pork belly and a potato and fermented black bean salad.  The short menu also has the addition of some of our own favourites that we've discovered on our travels from deep fried fish bones and curry salt to tempura squid bun & wasabi mayo.

Little Duck | The Picklery

We're soon to open Little Duck | The Picklery - mid September.  It's an open kitchen and fermentation workshop that's also open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.   Here we'll carry out all our fermenting and pickling which will also be available to buy either loose by the gram or from our new fermented range THE PICKLERY. 

Our simple, seasonal meditteranean menu will be served from 9am everyday, with a simple offering of drinks and natural wines.

Every month we'll be holding workshops in kitchen crafts, including continuing our fermenting workshops.

Happy Hour - Naturally...

From Monday through to Friday between 5,30pm - 7pm all our wines by the glass are priced at £5. Pricing all our wines the same means that you can afford to be a little more adventurous and try things you might not usually go for.  We change our wines by the glass from week to week so there is always something different to try.  You can drink at the bar or grab a table, we have a small bar menu from 5.30pm and full menu available from 6.30pm.
