Fermenting Workshops Jan & Feb 2017

We still have a couple of spaces left for our fermenting classes in January 16th and 30th for fermented drinks. February dates are as follows:

Monday 13th Feb - Fermenting & Pickling 7-8.45pm: A focus on fermenting foods at home.

Monday 27th Feb - Kombucha and Fermented Drinks 7-8.45pm. A focus on making kombucha, kefir and drinking vinegars at home.

Places cost £35 each and are limited to 8 per workshop.  We'll demonstrate how to make a number of ferments and preserves showing you how to ferment successfully at home. We'll also make a kimchi together and taste a range of aged ferments so that you get a feel for the different stages allowing you to become more confident in home-fermenting.
