Dumpling Monday - 9th January
On the first Monday of every month we collaborate with our friend Benny Zhou to cook a Chinese dumpling menu - Benny has been making his family's traditional dumpling recipes forever and under his instruction chef's Tom Hill and Sam Varley will be preparing and cooking hundreds of Chinese Dumplings. The menu will feature freshly made parcels of joy filled with various fillings, pickles and dips plus our delicious tempura squid bun with wasabi mayo, deep-fried fish bones and curry salt. The first Monday evening of every month. Set you calendar. We advise booking, limited walk-in's available.
